About PRVNT
PRVNT is building a new model of healthcare: proactive, physician-led, data-rich, and deeply personalized. We focus on prevention, precision medicine, and longevity, helping clients identify risk earlier, intervene intelligently, and build long-term health with clarity and consistency.
We are not episodic care. We are not generic wellness.
We combine advanced diagnostics, genomics, biomarker analysis, imaging, lifestyle medicine, and continuous clinical oversight to create highly personalized health strategies for modern individuals who want to perform better, age better, and stay ahead of disease.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Precision Medicine Doctor to join PRVNT as a core clinical leader. This doctor will work at the intersection of preventive medicine, functional interpretation of diagnostics, genomics, lifestyle interventions, and longitudinal patient care.
You will help translate complex health data into practical, evidence-based, personalized care plans. You will work closely with health coaches, specialists, diagnostics partners, and patients to drive outcomes over time, not just deliver one-time consultations.
This role is ideal for a doctor who is excited by the future of medicine and wants to practice in a more thoughtful, preventive, and deeply personalized way.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Patient Strategy
• Lead comprehensive patient assessments across preventive, metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, nutritional, and longevity domains
• Review and interpret advanced diagnostics including blood biomarkers, imaging, body composition, CGM data, genomics, and other functional or preventive health assessments
• Build personalized prevention and optimization plans based on each patient’s risk profile, goals, symptoms, family history, and lifestyle
• Conduct initial consultations, clinical reviews, follow-ups, and periodic strategy updates
• Identify early risk signals and intervene before disease progression
• Coordinate referrals to specialists, further investigations, or higher-acuity care when needed
Precision Medicine & Diagnostics
• Interpret multi-layered health data, including but not limited to:
• routine and advanced bloodwork
• genomics / WGS insights
• metabolic markers
• hormone panels
• cardiovascular risk markers
• gut or microbiome inputs where relevant
• wearable and lifestyle data
• Translate diagnostic complexity into clear, actionable next steps for patients and internal care teams
• Help define which tests are clinically useful, when to repeat them, and how findings should change management
Care Plan Execution
• Work closely with health coaches to ensure doctor recommendations are translated into weekly, real-world execution
• Guide medication protocols, supplementation strategy, lifestyle interventions, and monitoring plans where clinically appropriate
• Review patient progress over time and adjust plans based on new data, response, adherence, and outcomes
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and care continuity
Protocol Development
• Help build and refine PRVNT’s clinical pathways across prevention, men’s health, women’s health, metabolic health, longevity, cardiovascular risk, genomics, and executive health
• Contribute to internal SOPs, care models, interpretation frameworks, and escalation pathways
• Support the development of physician-led, evidence-based, premium care experiences
Collaboration & Brand Building
• Work alongside founders and leadership to shape PRVNT’s medical philosophy and delivery model
• Collaborate with partner labs, imaging centers, specialists, and allied health professionals
• Represent PRVNT’s clinical standards with credibility, clarity, and trust
• Optionally contribute to medical education, thought leadership, and patient-facing content

• MBBS with MD / DNB / equivalent clinical specialization preferred
• Registered medical practitioner with relevant licensing/registration
• 4+ years of clinical experience post qualification, ideally with exposure to preventive health, internal medicine, family medicine, endocrinology, lifestyle medicine, functional medicine, or integrative care
• Strong ability to interpret complex diagnostics and connect them to practical care decisions
• Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to explain sophisticated concepts simply and clearly
• Strong clinical judgment, with an evidence-based mindset
• Comfortable working in a high-touch, premium, patient-centric environment
• Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through

• Experience in preventive medicine, longevity medicine, executive health, sports/performance medicine, endocrinology, or metabolic health
• Familiarity with genomics, precision medicine frameworks, CGM, advanced lipidology, body composition analysis, and biomarker-driven care
